I need to eat healthier and tone up!
I am 5 foot exactly weighing about 110 pounds. I am not exactly looking to lose weight just to get tone and to stay on the healthier side.
I work many hours a week while going to college full time, and I run a very busy and tight schedule.
I work at a grocery store so all types of food is around me. I don't have time to cook and when I get breaks I tend to get something fast (fast food).
I have been doing your work out routines once a day (Monday-Friday) (20 minutes). I don't have much time to walk or run but I can maybe once or twice a week.
Any suggestions as to what I should eat that is healthy while cheap and if I am going in the right direction with the work out videos?

You are doing well with my workouts, if you can workout 3 times per week it is better for weight loss.
