I need help losing weight!

I hate the way I look. I've tried everything from diet pills but then again I don’t dedicate myself to it because I’m always skeptical about some things. I’ve been doing your videos which I love on and off.

I have a 5 yr old daughter and so much of my time is with her except between the hours of 8-3 can you help me or tell me what I should do to lose this weight?

To be honest with you, I eat like 3 times a day but when I do I eat big portions. It can be from fast foods like McDonalds, pizza, hot dogs, etc...

I don’t cook not because I don’t know how to but because I don’t know what to cook that is healthy so I just eat out.

It’s like I eat to get full. Once I feel that my stomach is full I stop.

I weigh about 165 and want to get down to 145 at least. I may walk like 3 times a week and like I said I only workout while my daughter is in school.

My problem is, that I do good for about 2 weeks and I fall off and just stop but I've come to a point in my life where I really want to do it. BAD! I'm very unhappy with the way I look. PLEASE HELP!

just work out like, at least everyday, walk or fast walk. every day, and eat not so much food. I mean im starting that too.
