I need and want to lose weight and be healthy

Okay so I am 13 years old female. I stand 5 feet 6 inches.I want to lose at least 30 pounds. As you see I am in middle school going to high school in August.
It is common sense that in middle school and high school every one judges by appearance and then on the inside. Due to that ,even though I am in a normal weight range, I still get made fun of because I don't have that specific body.
Honestly I don't want that specific body but I do want to feel happy with my body. Like I said I don't want to be 100 pounds I want something realistic like 120.
I have tried to be healthier on my own, with a friend, etc. you name it, but due to my habits I usually give up after two weeks.
If I receive the workout videos I know it will be a good kick in the butt to motivate me. That I can do it I know I could. It's just that being a teen I have no money for treadmills or GOOD workout videos or permission to go outside to jog.
Please pick me I would like to go to high school feeling more self confident especially because I have recently moved to a new city and need all the confidence I need because I won't know no one.
Come on most of you have been through high school and know how it feels. Where's the love people. where's the love. :)
