I need and want to lose weight and be healthy

Okay so I am 13 years old female. I stand 5 feet 6 inches.I want to lose at least 30 pounds. As you see I am in middle school going to high school in August.

It is common sense that in middle school and high school every one judges by appearance and then on the inside. Due to that ,even though I am in a normal weight range, I still get made fun of because I don't have that specific body.

Honestly I don't want that specific body but I do want to feel happy with my body. Like I said I don't want to be 100 pounds I want something realistic like 120.

I have tried to be healthier on my own, with a friend, etc. you name it, but due to my habits I usually give up after two weeks.

If I receive the workout videos I know it will be a good kick in the butt to motivate me. That I can do it I know I could. It's just that being a teen I have no money for treadmills or GOOD workout videos or permission to go outside to jog.

Please pick me I would like to go to high school feeling more self confident especially because I have recently moved to a new city and need all the confidence I need because I won't know no one.

Come on most of you have been through high school and know how it feels. Where's the love people. where's the love. :)

P.S. great website and tips I'll make sure to pass it on.

You know the reason for me posting this is because I once was 13 and it wasn't to long ago. I'm now 25 and even though it was 12 years ago, your generation isn't to much different from mine!

The only reason I can note for you to want to loose weight is to impress another bunch of kids that are just as immature and self conscious as you are. And take it from me honey, whether you lose weight or not, the people that do make fun of you aren't the best people to have around as friends.

I know I was there and guess what I stuck it out!!! Now leave these vids for someone that actually needs it for healthy reasons and you suck it up and do what I used to do when I was your age.

Do crunch reps, do push ups, get the books that are probably sitting on your dresser collecting dust and use them as weights. And loose the junk food. Eat healthy!!! This will get you to how you want to look and healthy. Now as corny as this sounds the people that don't like you for who you aren't really your friends. And you probably are thinking only ugly fat people say this because that's what makes them feels better...

Guess what kiddo... I'm 5'9, 150 pds and one hot momma married to a bombshell that liked me for me when we met and not just what I looked like!!!
