I lost 50 lbs and counting

I am a 41 yr old female. 5'7" 239 lbs. My goal weight is 175 (for now). I started out at 295 lbs.
I have been working since Sept 08 on losing weight, changing my lifestyle to eat better and have exercise in some form be a part of daily living.
Since then I have lost 56 pounds and still going. I walk a couple of miles 5 days a week. I recently bought a mountain bike and added a bike ride 3 days a week. I am looking to start adding some toning/fat burning exercises into my routine. I came across the exercise videos on your website and they appear to be exactly what I am looking for.
I have not been following a diet. But I did change what I eat and how I eat. I eat mostly organic/natural products. Lots of veggies and fruit. I eat several small meals through out the day rather than just 3 regular meals.
So far so good.
