I lost 48 pounds in three months!

I tried to lose weight...I am 5'8 and I won't tell you my weight....it's over. ...way over, So I am over weight, single mother of two. I wasn't always fat. But it just seems that food fills that void, when I a have been watching the kids all day, tired and needing some satisfaction because I have no man I go for food...lots of yummy food.
I started to go to the gym..everyday day and I used the daycare buying a monthly pass instead of the pay per use. I could use the daycare unlimited up to 2 hours a day.
I also walked to the gym and walked home. I used the gym 4-5 times a week for the full 2 hours. This was a great break giving me some time to de-stress away from the kids and they got to play with friends.
My favorite exercise at the gym was a one hour spin class, body pump class or exotic dance. Then 30 minutes of weights and some time in the steam sauna.
In the evening my son had T-Ball..so I would walk to the baseball diamond and walk home. Actually I don't have a car so I walked everywhere.
I watched my food intake a bit, and I drank a potassium supplement drink (K-Lyte) before my work out.
I lost a total of 48 pounds in three months!
Then I started to work in an office and gained it all back sitting at my desk and eating homemade goodies all day :(
I am going to start Rumi's exercises.
