I kicked the fat up

I am on a mission. On May 31st is my first wedding anniversary. I need to lose 30 pounds. In my desperate need to add movement to my dieting I googled for help. What I found was Rumi. In a repeated attempt at weight watchers I knew it was time to Kick it up.
On March 1st I began following the weight watchers plan, tracking my food consumption and moving with Rumi.
I start everyday with the 20 minute arm workout,I then move to 20 to 30 minutes on my treadmill and then follow up with 20 to 30 minutes on my bike. I LOST 7 POUNDS IN MARCH!!!!
It is time to step it up and start to integrate a new routine. I am sitting at my desk going through all of you workouts to see what to add in next. I will continue to add until I have the whole body involved.
