I have tried losing weight since losing my baby

I weigh 12 stone my height is 5 foot 5. I'm 30 and I'm a female I want to lose 5 pounds. I bike cycled 3 miles to my sisters and back, I'm away to start going to swimming to help myself, but suffer from panic attacks which stops me doing a lot of things.
I have went to the doctor who has offered me a personal trainer, but I can not go to the gym because I panic with a lot of people around me.
I want to exercise at home but not sure of the exercises because I am a beginner in this.
I try not eating anything but soon as I cycle or walk the dogs I am so hungry. When I get back I stuff myself. I don't know what to do about it, hope you can help me.
I was at the nurse today who gave me some tips to eat fibre food, I love my meat.
Workout routines
