So Rumi, I have had a gym membership for 1 year, lost almost 10 lbs, not bad, but I’m not happy. So I have been doing your videos 2 times a day in the past 2-3 weeks now.

I have lost 5 lbs, and I’m getting nice muscle tone-lots of comments, especially my abs (which have been the biggest problem).

Thank-you. I will send you a pic, after my holiday (I will be wearing a bikini!).

congrats on losing 5 pounds! :)
but have you also been watching your calories over the 2-3 week time period? or have you ate pretty healthy and did the videos?

@Anonymous Eating healthy is a broad concept. You can gain weight eating healthy if you eat more then you spend. For example I consider cheese as healthy food, but some types of cheese contain 600 calories in 4 oz, so if you eat 2 times daily 4 oz of cheese and meat, and fruit and potatoes and you reach 2000 calories (and more) you can gain weigh). The idea is to eat less then you spend for the time you want to lose weight. After you reach desired weight, you can eat more. And if you don’t want to gain weight never, than try to balance your diet – have overeating day, but next day try to be on water and tea, balance your eating when it needs balance, don’t wait for coming too late.
