I have been successful in taking off nearly 30 lbs

I am female, 34 years old, 5'8" and currently weigh 191 lbs. Yes, I did try to lose weight, and I have been successful in taking off nearly 30 lbs. so far by following a low carbohydrate diet plan.

This plan has been a little harder than I expected, but only because fast food has a certain lure of being easy for a working mom. I have come to realize that the foods I was feeding my family are not healthy for anyone.

I would still like to lose another 30-40 lbs., but I am at a point in my weight loss where I have realized that diet alone just doesn't work.

My stomach is flatter, but wiggles more. My thighs are smaller, but giggle more. My butt and hip measurements have gone down, but gravity seems to affect them more now.

I have come to realize that I don't want to just lose the weight; I want to look better, and feel sexier again.

In order to do this, my body has to stop wiggling and jiggling. I have been married for 15 years, and I would really love having a body worthy of "lights on" romance again :)

I am tired of lurking in the shadows and being embarrassed when a body part goes one way, when the rest of my body goes the other.

Thank you for the information on this site. It is giving me the hope I need to achieve the goals and the body I am dreaming of.
