I eat too much junk food!

this is me
I am wanting to shed some extra pounds, I stumbled across this site and I am very interested in trying the different work outs and eating healthier.
I am a very picky eater, so it is hard for me to eat a lot of the healthier stuff bad I know. I am kinda on a budget, so cheaper is better for me.
I can eat at work, I work at a movie store so it is always basically treats. I would buy healthier stuff at grocery stores but always find myself nibbling on junk food, and throwing out the healthy food with not once eating it.
Uh, I kinda exercise not as much as I would like, I hate doing things by myself which means I would never find myself walking just for me.
I recently just got an ipod to help motivate me but that has not worked. I do walk a lot at work, but of coarse drive there, it is a bit of a hike.
I like to do things fast easy and cheaper. I would like to lose 30 or more pounds just to be healthier. I am 5"5 I just would like to get back to my healthy happier self.

Hi Nicole, you have wonderful smile. From your letter I don't feel you want to change, because you like things you do.
If you don't eat healthy you will not lose weight, you know this but you continue to eat junk food and you know what the result will be.
If you don't like healthy food I don't see solution for you. The power to change your body is in you. Just decide to do it.
All the best,
Rumi
