I can't get motivated
How do I get motivated? I'm tired of gaining weight. I've tried every pill and I'll lose weight for a little while and then blow back up, often times more. I am contemplating on having the surgery. However I'm afraid. I'm so tired.

Hi, I can feel your frustration from the lines you wrote! The secret of losing weight/fat is not in the diet pills.
First you have to stop bad food and to eat only food that give you energy but don't build as fat.
Can you follow a simple diet for a week? What you need is to believe that you can lose weight. I see that your belief is zero.
Do you know that I helped many people to lose weight, some of them live in very isolated territories, but they succeed! So, how many pounds you need to lose 40? 50? 60?
Losing pounds always starts simple - eat 4-5 per day, simple, easy foods, no long cooking or complicated recipes. Can you do this for a week?
Once you see the results nobody can't stop you to follow diet regimen. Add some exercises and after a month you will have a big progress.
You know there are lots of videos on my site, do 1 or 2 of them every day in the calmness of your house/apartment and your body will start to change.
It is so simple, so easy, just give it a try - workout every day and follow diet regimen.
