Hi Rumiana, I am 26 years old. My height is 162 cm and my weight is 58 kg. Its about 2 yrs I am trying to get pregnant. I was only 50 kg at the time of my marriage(2 yrs back) and my weight shot up from 53 to 58 in the last 6 months.
I am consuming more junk food now. I need your advice and exercise that does not affect my pregnancy try. I have been following your all cardio arms butt and all the new exercise.
But I am afraid to perform them as I feel this may prevent me from getting pregnant.
I want to reduce my hip muscles, butt and my thighs and my breast. This is the first time I am writing to someone. I hope you would definitely help me out with good exercise videos that does not affect pregnancy.
Thanks,
Nas

Hi Nas, you are not fat, but you need to reduce some kilos. Just don’t eat junk food, eat meat, legumes (contain natural folate acid which is important for healthy baby and you need to take it before you get pregnant and during the pregnancy-ask your doctor about this) and salad from fresh vegetables.
This is very easy diet to follow cause you can eat as much as you want, but only meat, fish, legumes, salad.
About exercises – they can’t be harmful, don’t worry, do any exercise you want
Exercises help to have hormonal balance, which is important to get pregnant.
You see, you don’t have any problem
Just exercise and eat as described above.

Rumi
