I am 19 years old, I am 5’4 and weight 75kg which I consider is a lot; I know you have seen worse cases but I am too young! ![]()
I have a cardiac and diabetic history in my family among many other diseases that can be worsened by the extra weight.
I want to be leaner and healthier but I’m a full time college student so I don’t have much free time to workout or plan a different diet.
I need help Rumi, I beg you to give me some light I am really scared to end up being diabetic or dying of a heart attack cause I am still too young for that…
I am Latin so I am very curvy but that is ok what I want is to be curvy but healthy and sexy… My dream body is Nicole Scherzinger’s who is the leader singer of the Pussy Cat Dolls an American band but I know that since I am Latin and she’s Hawaiian/Philippino it may not be possible so I consider getting a body like Beyonce’s and Jennifer Lopez a much more realistic goal.

I can feel your fear from being diabetic and heart attack. Please, calm down, you are so young to worry about this.
What you need is to eat right and exercise regularly. Did you try Cardio video I sent? I have many exercise videos and here are my newest exercise routines – do them, they are so short, just 10-20 minutes, I am sure you can spend this time a day.
You don’t need equipment or space, just do my videos 4-5 times per week.
Now about healthy eating, read this diet for teens and try it
