Hello my name is Shadee Fox & I am a struggling teenager trying to find free workout routines! My mother really doesn’t help me out with my weight loss plans, she just tells me when I shouldn’t eat something. I know she’s right but she never buys anything healthy for me and she never gets me help or pills or anything!!!
Yes I am a young teenager but if you could help me.. you would literally save my life.
I am 50 lbs overweight and I am going to be 14 in two months. I have tried Pilates.. && it just doesn’t work! I EVEN BORROWED THAT FROM A COUSIN. Please, just let me try your exercise videos!

Hi. I was in the same boat as you. I was 236 pounds but I decided to change weather I get tons of support or not. So far I’ve lost 30 ponds and am feeling great, and this is how I did it(without videos or a big gym). I didn’t just not eat that extra piece of cake. I ate fruit and veggies and white meat. I ate chicken and broccoli instead of burgers and fries. I ate real food, but healthy food. I worked out just three days a week. I walked and did light weight training and did biking. I lost that 30 pounds in two months and I’m still going.
I know how you feel. I am 14 and weight 254. I have tryed everything, my parents just yell at me “dont eat that”. My argument is then buy healthy stuff. My dad is constintly telling me “you need to lose weight” he ways 360 so screw him. I need help as well please if you have any suggestions post them I read this daily for help then I get yelled at yet again.
Hey, I’m Too an Overwieght teen (50lbs young Teen.)
It sucks to be over weight so much. But what I’ve learned is to stop complaining, suck it up, and just do it. Find a sport you like, and play it. Regardless if you play with a real team or not, just play outside, in your front yard, with a friend or parent(Or alone). Eat healthy, drink water a lot, and stay AWAY from fats & sugar infested foods. Parents WILL get in the way of your diet/erxcersize (for example: I’ve been on my mom constantly about me being on a diet and excersizing she supports me, yet she just bought a pizza for me and her for dinner?) so don’t beat yourself up about messing up sometimes (i do it, and its not that fun…)
But yeah, there not really any “secrets” to losing weight for teens. Just follow the basics. Eat Healthy, Excersize, And have Determination ( No matter what it is ).
