my back side of legs and thighs
I am 16 years old. My Legs are firm (I think) and really big, some extra fat too, I think its because of playing basketball.
I want to slim it down but my legs are now hard like rocks and tree trunks combine together.. What am I going to do?? Pleasing for advices

Hi Shannen, it is good that you play basketball because it shapes good legs and thighs.
In your case you have fat over your leg muscles and this is the reason your legs look big.
You need to lose the fat over your muscles (I suspect that you have also fat over your stomach, arms, butt …).
You need to start healthy diet to slim your legs and other body parts.
