I am 33 years old woman, have 2 kids of age 4 and 20 months old. My weight is 145 pounds. I used to do your all exercises after my first kid, but now I have got lazy and not doing.
I eat Indian food using olive oil. Currently I am at home, very soon, will start working. Not understanding, how to go ahead and start.
Please help me or advise how to start. My height is 5 feet 6 inches. Rumiana, I follow you very well, but I don’t know what has happened to me, I am not doing exercise, but I want to reduce my weight and the bulge in my stomach.

Hi Kamal, the key to reduce weight is diet plan and exercises.
I have many videos on my site, start with any of them and do them 4-5 times per week. This cardio video is just 9 minutes, why not try it? And I am preparing video about 4 exercises for butt and abs at the same time. Will send you email when ready.
