How to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need?

I am a college student, I recently lost a lot of weight like thirty pounds in the past few months. I have been noticing that I am starting to bruise more easily now, which I think the cause is that my body is not receiving all the vitamins and nutrients it needs to work.

And it doesn’t help that my schools cafe doesn’t really offer healthy food. Is their a good meal plan to make sure my body is receiving the nutrients it needs?

Hi Kathy, congrats for your big weight loss success! I suggest healthy eating after you lose weight. The main principles of healthy eating are covered in diet during pregnancy, because pregnant women need to eat healthy without losing weight.

My suggestion is to follow the above plan, no mater that it sounds strange name (diet for pregnant women), but is mainly healthy eating.

I think you should bring your food at school if you can’t find healthy choices in the cafe.

If you are afraid about taking necessary vitamins, these are vitamins I take.
