Hi Rumi, I am 19 years old currently living in Australia. I weigh 77 kg and 165 cm tall. I am also a university student and I don’t really have much time to cook and exercise.
I usually eat out or eat rice with grilled chicken I bought from the supermarket. I haven’t been exercising at all since I started university which is 2 years ago.
Although sometimes I do some of your workout videos. But rarely. I found that most of your videos are very tiring and most of the time I cannot keep up.
I also find gym rather intimidating so I prefer to exercise at home. I am desperate to have ideal weight before my graduation next year. Do you think you can help me? Thank you so much in advance and all the best

Hi, you need to do 2 things.
1st – eat mainly meat/fish (grilled or boiled) + fresh vegetables (salad, no sauce). While losing weight don’t eat rice, bread, any sweets food (even fruits are not allowed). Replace bread and rice with green beans and peace.
2nd – find time to exercise. It doesn’t matter that you can’t follow me in videos, just keep doing exercises. If I do 10 reps, you can do 5 in slower pace. Gradually you will see progress and will do 7 reps and finally 10
You can start in the morning with my cardio exercise routine doing it 1 time, than 2 times, 3 times – take your time you will have progress.
In the evening do my exercises to reduce cellulite – first 1 time, than 2, 3, 4 times.
