in Q&A

Hi Rumi, I am 19 years old currently living in Australia. I weigh 77 kg and 165 cm tall. I am also a university student and I don’t really have much time to cook and exercise.

I usually eat out or eat rice with grilled chicken I bought from the supermarket. I haven’t been exercising at all since I started university which is 2 years ago.

Although sometimes I do some of your workout videos. But rarely. I found that most of your videos are very tiring and most of the time I cannot keep up.

I also find gym rather intimidating so I prefer to exercise at home. I am desperate to have ideal weight before my graduation next year. Do you think you can help me? Thank you so much in advance and all the best :)

Answer from Rumi
Hi, you need to do 2 things.

1st – eat mainly meat/fish (grilled or boiled) + fresh vegetables (salad, no sauce). While losing weight don’t eat rice, bread, any sweets food (even fruits are not allowed). Replace bread and rice with green beans and peace.

2nd – find time to exercise. It doesn’t matter that you can’t follow me in videos, just keep doing exercises. If I do 10 reps, you can do 5 in slower pace. Gradually you will see progress and will do 7 reps and finally 10 :-)

You can start in the morning with my cardio exercise routine doing it 1 time, than 2 times, 3 times – take your time you will have progress.

In the evening do my exercises to reduce cellulite – first 1 time, than 2, 3, 4 times.

Hope this helps,
Rumi
