I am a house-wife and my age is 28 years. My height is 5 feet 4 and 1/2 inches. My weight is 58 kg. I want to reduce my weight and keep it in between 53-54 kg.
For breakfast I have one loaf of bread, one apple and one boiled egg.
For lunch I have rice and some vegetable curry and usually the same for dinner. Not that I am on a tight budget but yes, I am conscious about spending money.
Every morning I do yoga and also a bit of exercise that can help me get rid of excess flesh on my body. I also do the anti-cellulite exercises that u have on YouTube.
Please help me on my query. Thank you!!
