Hi, I am 16 years old, 5’0 and weight 255. I come from a family of obese parents, grandparents, ect. I really want to lose as much weight as I can in 5-6 months. I need to lose at least 50-100 pounds. But I also know I shouldn’t overwork myself to the point I almost die. lol.
Anyhow, I usually eat whatever my mom or her fiancĂ© cooks, usually things like tuna helper, lasagna, bread, sometimes fast food, I know it’s unhealthy, and I tried talking to mom about getting some healthy food, but she won’t do it.

I normally don’t cook. And my mom is on a budget. I don’t work, nor go to school, I mean I kinda go to school, I’m home-schooled, I got once a week. I hope to weight at least 155 pounds if not lighter by around June.
I don’t really do much exercising. Not a big enough house, and I get made fun of a lot when I go out in public, and so I stay inside most the time. My daily routine for “exercise” is usually sitting around, and walking only when I need to go somewhere.
I eat maybe once-twice a day, I’ve tried almost everything that there is to think of. But no matter what, I will lose a few pounds, then go right back up. I’m almost ready to give up.
