I am a 24yr old female. I weigh about 171 lbs at 5’7ft tall. I’m looking to lose about 20-25 lbs within the next 2month.
I’m trying to eat 300 calorie meals 3-4 times a day and I’m following your weekly exercise schedule for fat burning.
I stay at home due to a chronic condition and have been home for the past year without working, because of this I have gained about 20 lbs. My health has taken a toll on me and now my weight is bother some. I have a very low budget for food monthly since I am no longer working. I can no longer fit in my clothes from last summer.

Hello! I’m 16, female, 5’4″, and currently weigh 182 pounds. Last summer, I weighed 155. Then after soccer, I weighed 162. Muscle weighs more than fat? I felt better after the soccer season, but without the soccer season (having a coach and required time) and the winter approaching, I didn’t know how to exercise and let myself go hence the drastic weight gain.Plus, I would procrastinate on school work, then concentrate on that. I always hoped to weigh 135 pounds, but now I’m aiming to get to where I was last summer. Went from size 9 jeans to size 11 jeans :/
Soccer season will be approaching the last 2 weeks of August, but I want to be shape before then. 2 months of summer + 2 months of soccer, I hope to meet my goal of being 150 something again and wearing size 9 jeans. I don’t exercise a lot since I lack motivation and a bit of a facebook addict. I have summer homework (AP English, ASL, AP History) I get stressed a lot during the school year. I’ve been a vegetarian for 2.5 years (3 years in January). I’m thinking about taking B12 vitamins soon. I don’t get track of protein intake. I don’t eat fish (since those who do are pescetarians) and I don’t eat gelatin. I don’t eat beans either of any sort. I eat about 2 meals a day and snacking. I drink nothing but water or propel zero all day everyday. My family is rather poor. For the time I can exercise depends on my homework. I’m a slow reader (reading 10 pages in an hour) so I was thinking about starting out slow at about 2 hours maybe? I don’t want to start out too slow though. I’m hoping to trigger my belly fat, upper thighs, and most of all the dreaded love handles.
Help devise a plan to lose 20-30 or more in 4 months to finally lose the weight, be confident, and be myself? Thank you so much!
