Hello, I am 30 years old, my height is 5’8”, and I weigh 165lbs. I quit smoking 3 years ago and have not replaced it with eating more, however it has become very difficult to lose weight.
I always weighed between 135-145lbs and that’s my goal for now too. 2 years ago I got a job that requires a lot of sitting. I work in an office.
I have a treadmill at home and I exercise rarely. I do not enjoy exercising very much, plus I am away from home about 11 hours a day.
In the morning I eat a small cookie (about 60 calories), for lunch I have a fruit, I drink 8 glasses of water per day, and 2 coffees with no sugar. In the evening I eat a regular dinner (without being “good”).
I believe that my downfall is the weekend, when I eat without being careful at all.
I do not suffer from diabetes or have a thyroid condition. I am healthy.
Just looking to be motivated I guess.
Thank you,
Christina

Christina, you really need only motivation. Why not get favorite music and listen to it and pump up energy and dance (crazy dance) – try to enjoy and not do things like obligation. Workout can be fun, for example I do different exercises every day and this way I never get bored and I always meet challenge and have things to improve.
I like to beat my personal bests, like to do one more push up. Or when I started to do exercises I couldn’t do leg lifts )for lower belly form lying position), now I can’t feel the impact of this exercise and need to do it in advance modification to get workout.
My progress motivates me, why not try to watch your workout progress?
Or you can practice games like – basketball, dance or anything you find interesting.
If you want, try my workout videos, I have many and you can workout a whole month without repeating a workout.
