I am a 22 year old mother of four and I am about 165 pounds. I really need to lose some weight because I want to be healthier and stronger.

Well, I would walk neighborhoods and eat salads everyday but it became harder for me when I gave birth to my twins. I started eating junk food and not exercising like I should have.

I used to be in a size 8 and now I am in a 15 sometimes a 14. I am very unhappy about my weight. I could use some great advise. Because it is hard to do things with a 3year old, 2 year old, and 6 month old twins.

Answer from Rumi

Hi Kelly, wow 4 children and you are so young!!!

I would suggest to you the easiest diet – eat meat/fish and vegetables (fresh salads or steamed). This is very easy to follow because you can eat as much you want and as often you want, BUT only meat/fish (grilled or boiled) and vegetables. Drink a glass of water with every meal you have.

Limit all other food and you will see results after the first week.

About exercises, my exercise videos are only 20 minutes long, you can do them morning before kids get up or in the evening when they sleep.

On the right there is schedule how to combine them, for better and faster results do 1 video in the morning and one in the night.

Wish you all the best,
