Hi, First off I love the site and all of the useful tips! I am so overweight and unhappy. I find that every month when I am on my cycle I cannot control my eating and spending habits…!

Is there anything I can do or more specifically eat to control these binges??

Every three weeks I am bloated, hungry and totally insensible. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks!!! Shannon O.

Hi Shannon, your problem happens to many women and it has a solution.

You can control this by not thinking about your period. Also think about the period as the time of the month when you don’t want to eat and you lose your appetite.

Imagine that you hate food and it will happen. I has a girlfriend who thought she was pregnant and she immediately started to staff her self with food.

Than after a week she understood she is not pregnant and she lost her appetite. So eating is emotional it is not real.

Try not to over eat during one of the periods and you will sort this out.

Or prepare a bowl of salad and eat a lot of salad. This will staff your stomach but is healthy and you can’t gain weight.

Another good idea is to do 100 jumps every time you want to eat. After that you don’t feel hunger at all.

Or you can workout harder before your periods and earn your food, for example if you want to have big meal, than you have to workout before eating. Here are my workout videos and you want to lose weight here are my diet plans.
