Girl I used to be so little then I had a little boy and my body went right back to shape then I had a baby girl and now I can’t lose the weight.
I used to be 120 pounds and now I am 180 pounds and I move around all day long. I have 2 children that keeps me busy.
I am on a diet I don’t drink pop or eat junk food. I only eat baked chicken breast and drink water all day long. I exercise everyday. What can I do? Can you please help me out?

Hi Holly, it seems you experience weight loss plateau. It is one of the hardest things to beat, because your body quickly adapts to what you do to lose weight. No problem, we will beat the weight loss plateau. Here is what to do:
You need the right diet plan, because if you eat only baked chicken breasts your body is stressed and reacts badly to this, storing all the possible fat or in your case because you don’t eat much, the body starts to save all possible energy and not losing weight.
The trick is you need to make your body “thinks” that you eat a lot and the body can spend the energy instead of save energy. Did you get my point? We need to foolish your body.
I have made very effective post pregnancy diet, read how my girlfriend lost a lot with it, please follow this diet religiously and you will start to see results after a couple of days.
Now about activity levels – I know that kids can make you dead tired but this is not the right activity to lose weight. The right activity is to stimulate your muscles and this burns a lot calories and energy. Please do 2 of my exercise videos 5 times per week. One video is 2o minutes long, so you can do them like one in the morning while kids still sleep and one later in the day when they again sleep.
Combination of post pregnancy diet and exercises is powerful. I am sure you will beat weight loss plateau with this.
Please do the diet and exercises for a week and let us know what happened, use the comments to write about your success.
All the best,
Rumi
