How can teens lose weight?

I weigh 145 and I want to lose weight, everyone makes fun оf me and my sister says “a diet won’t work for you… you LOVE food!” how can I solve the problem?

Hi Jenna, I can feel your frustration and really sorry that you feel bad. I see from your question that you a teenager which means you body is developing now. Please, talk with your parents, because they are people who will best help you.

Your sister told you the best diet – You love food! Yes, food is not enemy, food is energy we need to sustain life. That’s why you need to eat especially in teen times.

Here I have a good diet for teens, please check it together with your parents and you need to discuss with them your wish to lose weight.

You don’t need to stop eating, just stop junk food, fried food and sweets. Eat plenty of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and whole grains.

Here are my exercise videos, exercises 3-5 times per week and along with a diet regimen you will start to see quick results.

Please don’t be frustrated, teenage time is fun and joy, just stop eat junk food and weight loss will happen.
