Hi Rumi, I’m 26 years old and a mother of a 10 months old baby girl. During my pregnancy I gained almost 15 kg weight. And now my weight is 80 kg. I have been breastfeeding my baby for full-time. But I have not been able to lose a single pound.
And after the childbirth my body has become very loose and saggy. I have really lost all my confidence. I really do want to lose weight and have a nice body but I’m so confused that I don’t know how and where to start. It would be really helpful for me if you could set up a diet plan and exercise plan for me, so that I do everything in the proper way to gain maximum benefits out of it.
Thank you so much for helping people like me when they need it the most.

Hi Maria, congrats for your baby . Pregnancy weight is a curse for women, because they can’t enjoy at the same time to their kids and their female strength.
I have created post pregnancy diet for women in your situation, along with exercise suggestion for every day.
Remember that the only way to lose pregnancy weight is to diet and exercise at the same time. Doing only one of them is not effective. I know it sounds hard to do, but actually it is hard only first couple of day and once you start to feel how your pregnancy weight disappear, you become more confident and eager to follow the diet and do exercises.
Some women report like an issue that during the pregnancy they mostly gained weight at their waist line, buttocks and legs. And of course they want to spot lose weight, which is impossible.
Probably you will lose some weight from your breast (I know you like your pregnancy breasts, but you can’t keep it, it will go down to the size before pregnancy). Of course people differ and it is not true for everybody, but be prepared to lose bra size too.
I highly recommend starting skin care immediately after/with diet and exercise, because if you lose much pregnancy weight, your skin will become saggy. So, go to the shop and by some firming cream/gel or so what and take steps before your skin becomes lose.
Wish you nice moment with your baby,
Rumi
