How can I get myself back in shape with a hectic lifestyle as a Mom with a Full Time Career?

I am 23 years old and hoping to whip myself back into shape after one extremely busy year! After having my first child, I seemed to lose myself somewhere in the hectic world of being a parent and having a full time career.
I love to cook, but after a long day at work it seems easier and more convenient to drive through a fast food joint and grab a chicken sandwich and fries.
My usual menu consists of nothing in the morning, fast food for lunch, a couple of diet pops, and for dinner I try to cook chicken with some type of rice, pasta or potato.
I am a very good cook, but I just don't have the money to go gourmet every night. I am about 5'2 and 120 lbs. Not overweight by any means, but would like to eat healthier and tone myself up.
I don't have a lot of time to exercise other than chasing my one year old around the house! But will be figuring that into my schedule as well as nutrition. Help!

Hi Erica, congrats for you strength to be a mother and to have carrier at the same time. You don't seem overweight, but I understand what you mean.
I am skinny, 112 lbs, but sometimes my stomach is not as flat as I want and I found this book very helpful, read reviews from other women and decide if the book will be helpful for you The Abs Diet for Women: The Six-Week Plan to Flatten Your Belly and Firm Up Your Body for Life
Compliment the diet with this workout DVD: The Abs Diet Workout
Cooking advices in the Abs book are especially for busy, hectic lifestyle, that's why I like it a lot. I love to cook to, but I don't have the time like you.
Hope this help you to feel better and look good :)
