I love your videos! No hype or fanfare. You get right down to business.

I am trying to get in shape and lose a few lbs. for my daughter's wedding in the spring.

I stumbled across your videos on the internet and they are perfect for what I need as I don't have time to go to the gym.

The arm workout is awesome! I am already planning to wear a sleeveless gown to the wedding because of it.
