Dear Madam,
I would like to share my experience here.I put on lot of weight after my delivery. I was around 75 kgs. I am 5 feet 3 inches tall.
Precisely I was overweight and wanted to lose weight without any side effects.
For me jogging did not help as I started getting knee pain. I also visited gym and did cardio and weights for 2 months but was not able to reduce even 1 kg.
And I felt very exhausted and wanted to just let go….
Then one day I happened to see your video on web. I sincerely tried it for 30 minutes everyday.
And Surprise …I lost 2 kg in first month…after 4 months..today ..I am 65 kg. My goal seems to be coming near…
