Hi there, I am a 41 year old mother of two and have always had a very slight frame. I weigh around 52 kgs.
Now (not sure if age related or not) I am starting to develop large thighs.
Can you tell me an exercise to concentrate on this area and also perhaps a diet to maintain my small frame?
I work full time and my children are still at school so I have little time to visit the gym. I am more interested in home routines.
Thank you so much for your advice and I love your website.
Regards,
Kim

Hi Kim, I would suggest to do whole body exercises, not only thigh exercises.
Front thigh exercises
Inner thigh exercises
Back thigh exercises
Outer thigh exercises
Also check this whole body workouts with stress on thighs:
Cellulite and Belly Fat Workout – this is very effective workout for thighs and belly.
Full Body Workout – this is one of my favorite workouts, it really pump up energy and burn fat.
Legs and Core Workout – I remember this workout as very intense I was wet in the end, really good workout to burn fat.
Saddlebags Exercises – this workout has exercises for this awful part of the body that only women has issue with. I jealous men don’t have saddlebags at all and they do nothing for this.
The above exercises are very good, but you need to workout whole body to lose weight, you can’t spot weight. I recommend doing my Home fitness program – it is balanced and has exercises not only for thighs but for all body muscles.
