Good cardio exercises

I have been doing all of your exercises for about a month and a half now. I love being able to do exercises in the comfort of my own home. I was wondering if you have any other videos for cardio.

I have been reading more about losing weight and toning up, and anything I every read says that jogging is the best way.

I would like to know what else I can do and what you recommend that I do. I have notice that there are s few videos that you mention and don’t have posted yet. When do you think those will be up?

Hi Maeve, thank you for your kind words. Jogging is a good cardio exercise, especially when done on intervals.

Jog moderate for a minute, than jog as fast as you can again for a minute. The idea is to go out of your comfort zone for a while. You burn fat with jogging when you push your limits.

Other good cardio exercise is climbing stairs but it is not recommended if you have knee issues. Climbing stairs is good for legs and but too and if you do it with fast speed it become cardio exercise too.

Other good cardio exercise is Jumping Jacks, again do this in intervals.

Jumping rope is a good cardio exercise too, it is hard but very effective.

The good thing is you can do all these in the comfort of your home. I like this DVD Power Body: Fit to Dance with Christi Taylor (Cardio Workout).
