This is full body isometric workout with bodyweight exercises. It has 15 exercises, active interval is 30 seconds. For 30 seconds tighten the whole body and especially the targeted areas.

Isometric exercises are good if you have joint issues and I find them helpful to strengthen my back which hurts from using the mouse always with the right hand. In spite of I am active every day (I do short 20-30 mins workout), doing same movements with my right hand/arm can kill the benefit and I found that isometric training helps me a lot, I haven’t felt (right) back pain long ago :) (since I do isometric exercises)

There is 1 exercise in this workout that I don’t recommend to do if you have lower back pain (waist pain), it is a good exercise to strengthen these muscles but not good to start if you already have waist pain. I mention this during the workout and you know if you need to skip it. But if you don’t have waist pain, than do this exercise, it is a good isometric exercise for lower back.

Here is full body isometric workout, warm up is in a separate video, because Youtube doesn’t allow me to upload long videos, so do first warm up and than the workout.

If you want more than 20 full length videos, Rumi as personal trainer and losing fat every day, than become a member of Rumi’s premium ““Wake up Lean”” exercise program.

I will be glad to read your comments how you found this type of static training, don’t be foolish it is easy, I sweat heavy at the end.

Hi Rumi

Thank you for the new videos. I haven’t watched this whole workout, but I know that your workouts are just too good. I trust them so much that I would just blindly follow them. I would try to do this in a day or two.

Your new place looks nice..and big.

Rumi….you are amazing….kudos.i have a request.my mom’s lower abdomen becomes fat and loose, bulging due to the uterus surgery two years ago.her age is 50 and weight is nearly 75kg,more or less.she can do all household works perfectly, yet not physical well fit to do any heavy or tough exercises, also she has some back pain problem.can you kindly suggest some good and simple exercises (not too bending like, without dumbbell) for her?if she can shred some weight it will make her fit.thank you.
P.s. can i do your exercises sets in any combination….there are so many exercises and i love them all and want to do.in what way should i do them?i am a beginner and love cardio.

tuli, your mom can do this isometric workout because how intense it is depends on how intense a person push, so it is up to her to have light or heavy workout.

For you I recommend following my workout videos, I have many, do 1 of them per day, 5 times per week, and stay active during the weekends.

Hi Rumi,
Your isometric workout videos look very good.

Since you have advised Tuli’s mom to do the isometric workout, I am also going to try them, as I am also facing the same problem as Tuli’s mom.
However, I would like to know if it is necessary/important to do the warm up and the static workout in the same order as you have shown or is it ok to do them by our memory.
Please respond.

Thanks

Mala, you can warm up in any way you want, but it is better to do the workout in the given order, because I alternate muscle groups and this way you have rest. Most of my readers want videos to follow them but you prefer to do exercises in your order lol It is nice to see such variety of people :)

I want some advice from u before I start these exercises.I had an accident in February last year due to which I have a plate implanted in my right collar bone and two screws in my right ankle. My doctor wants me to start exercise regularly now to keep myself fit.Do u think these exercises are good for me? If not then what kind of exercises do u suggest ? I am 35 years old, height is 5 ‘ 2 inches and my weight is 53.
