Food whats right and whats wrong?

I am 5'3 210 pounds...I know I'm over weight. My problem (well one of them) is I know I don't eat what is right for me. How do I justify what is right and what is wrong...

How do I start a routine of good foods for me and my family...We stay pretty active but if we don't eat right it doesn't matter.

So my question is: What foods are right and which are wrong.

Answer from Rumi

Hi, I understand your frustration and there are 3 simple rules to follow.

Don't eat food which is:

- sweet (even fruits are not ok, because they contain sugar, you can eat fruits after you lose weight, because fruits don't make you put on weight but also they diminish weight loss efforts).

- food made of dough - cookies, bread, sticks etc.

- fried food.

For your help here is a list of foods that promote weight loss

All the best,
Rumi
