I like to read and always search for valuable resources. It is very hard to find really good exercise related book, because their authors heavily sell and it is very difficult to see behind the sales pitch and to understand is it good book or the next exercise scam.

I purchased the book very skeptically (mainly because of my female curiosity) but I was very nicely surprised of the content of this book.

I like The Truth About Six Pack Abs book because the author Mike is personal trainer and has real experience in ab workouts. I was returned back in the time when we study at school how our body functions. I like this approach when somebody gives logical explanation why something works and why other methods don’t.Mike is concerned about his readers and even he gives his e-mail to them for any questions regarding the book.

The other thing I like in this book is that Mike discusses diet as important step to 6 pack abs.

This book is 106 pages with best ab exercises, most of them performed in the gym, but if you have small weights you can do them at home.

If you buy one book this year, let be this one It was good spent $37 for me.

The abs can be divided in three categories and allow us to:

- bend down.
- fold the legs towards the abdomen.
- turn the torso to the side.
- and stand upright.
The abs exercises massage and tone up our internal organs to help them function properly and thus keep us in good health. If you are suffering from constipation, period or back pain, making abs exercises is useful for you. Don't forget that female abs can be sexy abs, It depends on you to make hot abs. I make 3 types of abs exercises - for:

- the upper abdomen
- the lower abdomen
- and the sides (the love handles).

Learn how to tone all 3 abs parts with 1 exercise

Upper abs exercise

3 sets of 50 repetitions. Lie down on the floor, bend your knees and place feet firmly on the floor for support. Position hands behind your neck. Crunch with your chin pointing at the ceiling and make sure your hands do not press against your neck.

Move up and down briskly, lifting your back only a small distance from the floor. Breathe out on the way up and breathe in on the way down. Dream of your female abs as sexy abs, think of your hot abs.











Here are the important points in this exercise for sexy abs:

- breathe the right way.

- point your chin up toward the ceiling and not in toward your chest.

- Do not pull with hands, as it will strain your neck.

- As you do not rise fully up but only lift your back slightly, try to make over 20 repetitions per set. If you cannot, gradually increase the number to reach 50 repetitions.

- Rest 60 seconds between sets and use this time to breathe in deeply so that your abdomen rises, hold your breath for two seconds and breathe out slowly. Deep breathing massages your abdominal muscles and delivers oxygen to them.

- Imagine how you abs become sexy abs and make breasts look bigger and visible.

Lower abs

Lie down and place hands under your butt with your back and waist flat on the floor. Raise legs straight up. Push your butt up and lower it down slowly.

You should feel tension in your lower abs, below the navel. Try to make 3 sets of 20 repetitions. Rest for 60 seconds, lying fully relaxed and breathe deeply. Think of your female abs.

Love handles

I start the exercise for the love handles from a standing position. It is most effective when I hold small dumbbells. If you do not have any, use small bottles of mineral water or books or simply go without them.

Stand up with your feet shoulder width apart. Fold arms and hold the dumbbells close to your body. Flex your hips and legs to make sure your legs remain still while bending sideways.

Bend to the left from the waist only and extend your right hand to the left. Return to the start position and bring the arm back to the body. Bend to the right in the same way and extend your left hand to the right.




Here are the important issues:

- Tighten the lower part of your body and keep it still while bending.

- Make the exercise slowly to avoid injury.

- Breathe the right way – breathe out while bending and extending the arm and breathe in while withdrawing the arm and rising.

- Think of your female abs as hot abs.
