Fat burning kickboxing

I got to a point where I was more than embarrassed to wear a bikini so I thought I'd get motivated to lose some weight. I'm short 155cm, 68kgs - used to be 51, would like to get back to around 55.
I bought a kickboxing dvd
with a voucher I was given and did that every day for a month along with either a run, some sit ups or netball. This got pretty repetitive pretty quickly.
I'd never been to a gym before and as a student I didn't have the funds to pay for a membership. My friends and I found that many gyms give a 7 day free trial where you can go along, use the equipment, go to the classes, have a consultation with a dietitian and get the feel for the place.
So, we joined up at the first place and did a week free, went to 4 gyms in total and had a great time in the classes and was really motivated and saw results within a week - I didn't look as frumpy, bloated or tired.
I felt great and would have loved to have joined to a gym, just don't have the money for it. So I figured I could be just as motivated without a gym and the same dvd constantly. This proved harder than I thought.
Its cold outside and I seem to find it difficult to push myself like I did whilst in the gym. Today I noticed my bingo arms...SCARY. So I've been searching the internet trying to make myself a routine with some dumbbells for my arms and a routine that I can mix up and still do in the loungeroom when I came across this site.
Would love any help/advice anyone can give me. Thank you.
