Hi Rumi!

Firstly may I say that I absolutely LOVE your site and your workout videos. They are amazing! Thank you so much for sharing them with everybody, you’re an inspiration!

My name is Anna, I’m 20 years old and I am 5’5″ and 115lbs. I would like to lose only 5lbs. I eat very healthy (grapefruit for breakfast, salad/sandwich for lunch and healthy, home cooked dinner). I also drink lots of green tea.

My body is in good shape but I do hardly any exercise and would like to start a new exercise plan. Could you tell me how often I should work out and for how long to lose weight? Also, could you perhaps tell me which workouts in particular I should do?

Do you think that this goal weight (110 lbs) is a healthy one for me? Thank you so much for your time!

Hi Anna,

First thank you for your kind words, it makes mi happy to know that people like what I do.

Second, sorry for my late answer, but I was extremely busy last 2 weeks.

110 pounds? Is this OK for you? Do you really want somebody else to tell you how you feel good ;-)? I don’t think so. You know your perfect weight and I think that you know your goal. So, let’s do it!

To achieve weight loss you need to workout your entire body. NO matter if you don’t like your abs only – you have to workout entire body.

Tuesday
Back and abs

Wednesday
Arms and Cardio

Thursday
Cellulite and Entire body

Friday
Inner thigh and Chest

During the weekend have fun and enjoy rest :-)!
