Try for a week this weight loss program:

Breakfast, around 7-8 am - 3 boiled eggs (organic) + 2 oz (50 grams) of white Greek cheese.

After breakfast, around 10 am – an apple

Lunch, around 12 am – baked lean meat (chicken or turkey breasts, salmon, veal) with big tomato (organic) salad, add to the salad only salt, olive oil and vinegar (balsamic is better)

After lunch, around 3 pm – 1 pound of plain yoghurt, fat 2-3% (don’t choose from sweet types of yoghurt or types with fruits and nuts)

Dinner, around 6-7 pm – baked lean meat and cabbage salad (tip: after you cut the cabbage, add some salt and smash with both hands. Cabbage become more delicious when it is smashed with salt, even people who don’t like cabbage salad, start liking it. Add vinegar and olive oil.)

Cabbage is very good for your diet because it is rich of fiber and you feel stomach fullness. You can eat as much cabbage salad, as you can. But prepare cabbage as is described above, because there is a big difference in the taste.

The idea is to eat 5 times per day, 2 of them baked meat, and 3 light snacks, so your stomach is full and you don’t feel cravings. You can alternate for snacks – boiled eggs, an apple, yoghurt, bowl of plain oatmeal (pour boiling water to oatmeal, add some Greek cheese and you will be astonished that this meal has taste of pasta with cheese.), 2 oz of raw nuts, some carrots, any fresh salad – all these can be your light snack between 2 meals of meat. The second step for easy weight loss for teens is activity!

Don’t throw aside the idea to practice some activity! It is nice to sit in front of the computer or to watch TV, but if you continue to do that you will stay fat teen!

Let me guide you to the activity you like, maybe you don’t know yet, but there is an activity that will make you look sexy and that you like it. The better part is that when you starting such activity you not only become good looking but you will find new friends and why not boy/girl friend :).

It is important to spend 1 active hour per day. It is achievable! Only one hour per day and you will become sexy looking. Now how to make this 1 hour fun? Find out all possible sport courses in your school or your city community (if you like to meet new faces it is good idea to explore more sport possibilities and it could happen outside of the school).

If you are reluctant to practice any sport, than my advice is to try all of them. Why? Because discovering new activities is always fun, you meet new people and learn new things.
