1. How to do workouts?
Workout 5 ot 6 days in a week rotating all 8 workout videos, starting with the first one and every 9th workout you start with video 1.

2. Download videos.
Right mouse click and chose “Save us”, then find out place on your computer to save the file. Please have in mind these are FULL length workouts. Workout files are between 400 and 500 MB, make sure you have enough space on your hard drive. Depending on your Internet connection it may take time to download all workouts. With high speed Internet it takes less than 15 minutes, but some people with slow Internet connection reported it took them app. 1 hour to download 1 video.
