Didn't try to lose weight, it just melted off!

My height is 5'8", starting weight 160 and worked out every other day cardio. As a working mom, it is very difficult to find time to make nutritious meals, usually it is just a vegetable platter along with something off the bbq or some sort of pasta.
I went on a diet for a yeast overgrowth, which was extremely restrictive, no sugars or foods which would add sugar to my diet. For 6 weeks, I followed the diet and kept to cardio and light weights. I lost 16 pounds (10%) while eating more food.
I am really enjoying the exercise videos on your site, and look forward to seeing you every day! I feel so much better now.
I lost that weight last summer, and it has not come back. I stopped eating breads, pastas and rice permanently.
I look forward to updating this site in another 2 months with my results.
