Can't lose weight and decided no to eat any more at nights

by Larit
(miami lakes)

Yes, I've been trying to lose weight but I haven't done to much about it, everything started 3 years ago when I came to this country and I was 110 pounds, I started eating and eating without doing any exercise or watching what I was eating and when I realize it I was 140 pounds.

So I worried and started going to the gym but I didn't went for a long time.

I also saw on the TV a commercial about the sauna twin and I decided to bought it, I use it for a little while but after I didn't saw any results I stopped using it.

On the commercials I also saw the Chinese tea it was even more expensive than the sauna twin but I wanted to try maybe it will work.

When I finally got it I didn't like the taste so I didn't take it.

In the mean while I will still be gaining weight and I decided no to eat any more at nights.

I did that for a short period of time because I wasn't feeling well and I got sick with anemia.

When I got out the hospital I started eating the way I'm used to eat and that's when I get to weight 170 pounds.

I'm doing exercise at work and I'm doing some workouts at home of course. I have to be honest I don't do it every day but I've been doing it for a month or so and I'm still lippy and fat.
