Can I lose 40 pounds for 4 months?

by Binder Kaur
(Seattle, WA)

Hi Rumi, Well first of all I want to thank you for uploading such effective workout videos and diet plans that are actually EASY to follow (such as the vegetarian diet plan). The question I would like to ask you is I've always been big all my life; but now I'm really concerned about my health and I want to lose weight so I can be fit.

I just got married last year. And I'm 5'8 with holding 185 pounds on my feet. I'm pretty proportional and my family is not fat but we could say that I come from a quite 'healthy' family in the sense that them guys are not small nor are they big.

So, now I'm giving my self 4 months to lose 40 pounds. Do you think my goal is realistic and do you have any suggestions as to how I can do this. Thank you for reading this and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Binder.

Answer from Rumi

Hi Binder, thank you for your kind words. For your weight and height I think you can lose 40 pounds for 4 months.

You need to follow a diet religiously and to exercise 5 times per week.

My suggestion is to follow one of my diet plans (you can alternate them if you get bored, because they all are good diets and you will lose weight with any of them).

Please workout every day except weekends. Use my free workout videos, there is a schedule how to combine them 5 days in a week.

At the second month of your weight loss journey you can add a diet pill. Read my review of best diet pills.

Wish success,
Rumi
