Another butt exercise that engages also the abs and all of the leg muscles is kicking to the side and backwards. If you perform this exercise in a dynamic fashion, you will turn it into a cardio workout.
Description:
Fold your arms and hold them in front, close to your body. Kick to the side and backwards with one foot, place it on the floor, turn to the other side and kick with the opposite foot, to the side and back. Kick 20 times and rest 60 seconds. Make 2 more sets of 20 kicks each.

This exercise tightens the butt, the legs and the abs, all at the same time. It helps against period pain, constipation and stress. When angry, you can make this exercise without a warm-up, as you determine its pace. If you do not raise the leg too high or kick only lightly, you will prepare your body for more energetic kicking. Gradually bring the leg higher, kick harder and alternate legs more quickly. If your kids made you angry or someone at the office gave you a hard time, start off slowly and build your way up gradually. In the end you will get rid of the anger and feel clear-headed. And of course turn all negative emotions in perfect butt!
