Skinny Jeans Butt Workout
Butt workout shapes your buttocks but don’t burn fat. In order to burn butt fat you need to follow healthy diet plan. Fat burns only when there is calorie deficiency. Exercises burn calories, but remember that 1 hour moderate exercise burns app. 300-400 calories which is the amount of calories in a piece of cake.
So, you can’t have good looking body without watching your food. Having this in mind you should workout daily, to build lean muscles, because muscles burn calories constantly, even when you rest.
Following butt workout is a whole body workout with emphasis on buttocks exercises.
Members of “Wake up Lean” exercise program can download the whole 28 minutes version of the Butt Workout + many other exercises videos along with a plan when to do each of them.

“Be different, stand out and work your butt off.”- Reba McEntire (American country singer)We are just to bring in a change of orders; it shall be all about being different, working the butts off and standing out from the rest. To know how, little bits of anatomy, physiology (especially myology) and basic endocrinology shall help.
The focus is on the Gluteus Maximus, the largest and also the most superficial than the other two glutei, the gluteus medius and the gluteus minimus. The Gluteus Maximus gives shape to the buttocks, significantly changing a person’s overall look.
The muscle has a broad, quadrilateral and thick appearance and helps maintain the trunk an erect posture, extending the femur from its fixed point at the pelvis and thus making each thigh align straight to the body. The gluteus maximus are also the muscles that help gain back an erect posture following stooping; it does so by drawing back the pelvis and with aid from four other leg muscles.
Overall, strong butt muscles rids of the chances of stooping down with age, but with burning off the fat layers that hide it, the barrier between leaving strong and looking good can highly be removed.
Being the most fat-prone zone, the butts go out of shape easier and faster than any other body part; with strong butt muscles covered with fat layers, they shall appear even more awkward. For best results, the butt muscles must replace fat; therefore, a fat burning regime is imminent and paramount to make the curves show up in heightened glory this time.
Spot reduction formulas don’t work, so target must stay on burning the whole body fat through total-body workouts. It’s only after the fat has reduced significantly you must start working for individual muscles. Too much of fat resists muscle from growing but lower fat quantities suffice as the food for the muscles.
So initially, it will be tough and strenuous burning the fat, but in the process, you shall also be strengthening your muscles up. With the little extra care (read muscle-specific workouts) afterwards, it’s whom you build will look after you. That is, appoint your tended (not tender) muscles to fight the fat forever.
So, we appear to the “How?”-s of strengthening the butt muscles. There are at least ten different ways to tone and strengthen the butts, but the thing is, they must begin intense and slow down gradually over time. To start, there are the squats with weights; the lunges (work multiple muscles at a time, namely, the glutei, the hamstrings, the quads and the calves), step ups, hip extensions and dead-lifts (this one is specifically meant for the hamstrings, butt and the lower back; also effects the stabilizer muscles).
However, all that must not be tried before warming up with hiking (going up steep slopes and burning 390 calories an hour, on an average), biking and a bit of running. These are also great overall-body fat burners that tones the butt and leg muscles along with, preparing them for taking more intense loads in the forms of proper butt exercises later on.

is it ok if we only do the workouts 2 times in a row??
Lucy, it is ok for beginners, but after some time you need to push harder.
you are beautiful : )
Thank you Rumi for the workout routines, I love your website. Is there a chest workout video somewhere?
Houda, I don’t have special chest workout video, but I have push ups in all my workouts, which is the best home exercise for chest and at the same time tightens stomach and workout triceps (back of the arm).
