Before you read my review of “Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle”, I want to explain why I put it online.
Every day I receive many letters from people who struggle to lose weight around their abs, butt, legs, arms etc. I know You want the exact recipe and I am sure you really need it. I have written one page with one week weight loss plan and often I give it as an example of a diet plan.
What I see as a problem is that You take it very literally and it is not healthy to eat week after week the same combination of foods. I decided to make a research for a valuable resource that explains nutrition in very understandable language.
Nutrition is 50% of your goal for sexy body, exercises are other 50%. You can’t skip one of this; you have to do them together.
In other words if you want to burn the fat and to improve your body you have to do 2 things:
- Eat only good foods
- Workout regularly
I’ve put online many videos which you can use everyday. You have to do my exercises together with proper nutrition. You have to understand that proper eating can easily become your life style only if you have understanding of food combinations.
Following diet without understanding why you eat this food is like following unknown road and to expect to reach your goal.
Now back to the nutrition book that I found very informative, good written and full of common sense.
