Bodyweight workout is of benefit for your body. If your goals are to stay tone and loose weight you need only your bodyweight to do exercises. Bodyweight workout is not enough for you only if you have a goal to make bigger muscles.

Benefits of bodyweight workout
- The probability for injuries is lower.
- Save money – you don't spend money buying weights and equipment. The only equipment I recommend to buy is small dumbbells to workout your arms. But they are pretty cheap and can be replaced from small bottles of mineral water.
- You can workout everywhere. For example I always train my butt as I am sitting and reading, or watching TV. Try the exercise from the picture below when you are sitting.
