Best arm workout for women

Best arm workout is combination from 6 exercises – 2 for every 3 arm muscle groups.

Shoulder exercises
Dumbbell press – 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Lateral raise - 3 sets, 8-10 reps

Biceps exercises
Barbell curls - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Bend elbows, lift arm from shoulder only – 3 sets, 8-10 reps

Triceps exercises
Overhead triceps extensions - 3 sets, 8-10 reps.
Pushdown - 3 sets, 8-10 reps (can’t be done at home, needs cable to pushdown.
