This beginner workout video contains simple exercises but the video is intense and you feel the burn. Even advanced users will feel burn and tone.

The only difference with my other workout videos is that movements are simple and easy to follow. Recently I recorded exercise videos that require mobility, balance, endurance and the beginner workout video below is lighter cause it doesn’t require the above mentioned.

Great video! Do you have a rough estimate of the calories burned in each workout? Could you also share the name of these different exercises! thanks!

Yippieeee !!! These workout routines are like magic….. I have been doing them from past 8 days and I already lost 2 LBS. But sticking to the routine is really really really hard as I feel lazy every alternate day to do them though Im strictly following it now .

i am 30 yrs old married woman. i have 3 yrs old baby. my height is 5′ 2″ .

Before pregranancy i was only 46 kgs and now iam about 60kgs i want some advice to loose weight about 10-13 kgs in a month i am a pure vegeterian and from ahmedabad gujarat.

please suggest me some diet plans and exercises to loose weight in a month

rumi first I want to say that you are such an inspiration to me. you have great determination in looking great. I am in highschool and I really want to get in shape before school starts. I want people to be amazed by my transformation. Sometimes its hard for me to stay determined bc i work alot for my dad on the farm and I just want to rest after work and eat mostly. Diet is def something I need to fix and motivation for my workouts. what is your advice?

Hi Rumi,

Great videos!

Would you advise doing this beginner workout every day, or are you supposed to take a day rest after each session to rest the muscles, especially as it includes lunging?

Yola, you don’t need big rest after such short workouts. I workout almost every day and feel good. Listen to your body and if you need rest, then rest :)

Just wanted to comment that you note about fasting quite a bit on here and on calorie deficit. Please make sure to mention that if a person has medical issues then they need to ask a doctor before fasting or calorie deficit. It could be dangerous to their health.

I loved the video. Since I’m a college student I don’t have much time to do anything. But how many calories do I burn in this video?
