In this video I combine in 1 movement 3 basic arm exercises:

Bicep Curl

Shoulder Press

Triceps Extension

I don’t like isolated exercises and I like combination of them, because the movement brings additional benefits like:

- Developing mobility

- Your core is involved too

- In your daily life it is most probably to have situations when you need strength of all your arm muscles instead of need of isolated arm movement.

Remember, that if you want to lose weight and tone your body you need to do whole body exercise routines, not only exercises for arms.

If you have excessive fat around your arms you need to follow a diet plan to lose the fat. Exercises can tighten the muscles, but diet creates calorie deficiency which means you use stored fat for energy.

Here is healthy weight loss in 3 weeks.

I want to stress that doing arm exercises will not directly burn the fat around arms. Arm exercises tone arm muscles and burn energy, but fat can not be toned, it only can be burned.

Hi rumi,

I always had relatively fat and not tight arms. Do I need to do the meal plan first to lose some fat from the arms and then do this exercise? If I begin doing the exercise without the meal plan, but still eating healthy and correctly, will my arms look thinner? I always believed that if I do dumbbell exercises my arms will get tighter but they will remain big – which is not suitable for the rest of my body. Is this correct?

Stela, you need to do total body workouts and diet plan at the same time. Doing only arm exercises will build small arm exercises but will not cause fat to burn. You must create calorie deficit (via diet plan and total body exercises) in order to burn fat around your total body. You can’t spot fat.

Hey Rumi!

First of all thanx a lot for being an inspiration for me. I wanna share a great news with you that after 1 month and 12 days i have lost 4 kg, and i have become relly slim. you know i get into dresses which i have wrapped and kept inside my cupboard thinking i would never fit into it ever, i ma so happy and confindent now! :D lastly i wanted an arm exercise which you uploaded so thanks once again.
