Abs workout definitely works out your abs along with some other muscles

Hello, I just started this workout today and let me tell you, the Abs workout definitely works out your abs along with some other muscles that I didn't know I had. I was working up a sweat by the time the cool-down period came.
I am struggling to lose pregnancy weight (just had my second child 6 weeks ago) and post-surgery weight, and I can already tell that these workouts (if as good as the Abs workout) will be a part of my routine.
I am a working mother/part time student and don't have a lot of room in my house or time in my schedule. The workout routines seem to take very little space and I am able to do it comfortably in my room.
The 20 minutes per video is perfect for when my DD is taking a nap and my DS is doing homework.
